At Round Lab the Official Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
